“Extremely pleased with all aspects of our interactions with Alabama Guard Dog. The initial research and quoting process was very easy. Within a week from our initial conversations until the installation was complete was less than a week. They trained us on how to use the product and what to expect and they were spot-on. My 3 1/2-year-old Lab took about two weeks to figure it out and since then he has stayed within the boundaries (1 1/2 acres +/-). Fast forward 3 1/2 months and lightning strikes. I call at 4:30 pm and the next day they are on-site and have replaced the damaged equipment at no charge - just a service fee. And by the way, we are located quite a distance from their main office . Their people are friendly and honest. They do what they say and when they say they'll do it. Their product works flawlessly (except when struck by lightning!). Their prices are better than ANY other service provider in my area. What more can you ask for - a great product with a REAL lifetime warranty and good, honest people that stand behind it. OR...you can pay more for an inferior product that is backed by someone you can't trust. Hmmm... I think I'll stick with Alabama Dog Guard, but that's just me. ”
